"After a 450Km drive my experience from the receptionist was not friendly. No meal tonight and wifi in St Nectaire is not working. Decided not to stay and the alternative hotel suggested was shut. Went to the Mercure Hotel and received a proper friendly, professional welcome. Come on Logis get a grip!!"

"When we booked we were not told of the fun fair that was to take place. Roads around the hotel were closed off and fairground rides were within 15ft of our bedroom window. The noise was horrendous even with the window shutters closed. This did not help on a hot night with no room aircon. "My wife and I spent a night at the Montania. We were almost alone in the hotel as it was middle of the week, off season. The room was large and comfortable. Although the hotel is situated along a road that is busy during the day, there was little traffic during the night and the double pane windows prevent from hearing it.
