Extortionate cleaning fees for moderate accommodation

Property functional, but lacking charm. Was very smelly/mouldy on entrance, but that was overcome very quickly after opening the windows. However there was mould behind the bed in th kids room. The billing agency Novasol charged an extortionate amount for final cleaning (50%abivecleaning

J'ai demandé si la prestation de ménage était obligatoire, on m'a répondu OUI ,hors lors de nôtre arrivée celle-ci n'avait pas été fait ou survolé. Des traces de caca dans le toilette, le sol présenté des crasses et pas lavé.nous avons déplacé la table basse et il y a la marque des 4 pieds de table incrusté sur le sol. Inadmissible vus le tarif de la prestation .
