"Everything was amazing! beautiful room, great views, easy hotel shuttle to and from the train station, breakfast included, accessible to the highlights we wanted to see. If it is not cloudy, the photos on the hotel's website of the matterhorn are real! The spa was a nice touch. We probably spent more time there than hiking in the mountains. Onsite restaurant and bar are a little expensive... but so is everywhere else in Zermatt. The hotel is off of the RED city bus line. Google Maps didn't show the line for good transportation information. Be forewarned. "
