They sent us an invoice for the extra day, however, in the same transaction, because of the extra day, we booked for 1 day too many. It was easy for the company to charge us extra, and impossible to refund for the extra day. The management company was also unavailable on the weekends. we prefer a host rather than a management company. There were quite a few maintenance issues: door knob...

"Die Kommunikation fand ausschließlich auf Französisch statt. Der Check in Vorgang war uns bis zur Ankunft ein Rätsel. Es hieß, die Schlüssel werden persönlich übergeben, im Endeffekt musste man sie aber nach einem Video suchen. Der Check out war leider auch nicht klar geregelt. Und auch nicht kommuniziert wo man die Schlüssel hinterlegen sollte. Leider chaotischer als gedacht... Die Sauberkeit des Apartments ließ zu wünschen übrig (Fremde Haare in der Dusche, der Abfluss vom Waschbecken ging...

"conformes mais un évident problème d’égout laissait un odeur atroce dans l’appartement et la présence d'un échafaudage avec des ouvriers dés 8h du matin sur la façade n'a pas simplifié le repos. Je comprend que c'est sans doute passager et que notre hôte n'en était pas responsable."

"Wir waren zu 3 da, Dezember, Heizung funktionierte nur schlecht bis kaum, vieles war kaputt, Betten durchgelegen, Steckdosen teils locker, Dusche nur für Kinder geeignet. Saint Denis ist leider eine Ghetto Gegend, besser vorher informieren, wo man bucht. Check in war einfach, nach Anweisung per Telefon, Parkplatz war nützlich, die Agentur nett. Aber das Apartment definitiv zu teuer für die Kaputte Ausstattung und kaum Heizung"
