Fully equipped and comfortable, it's just a 2-minute walk from the beach, port, shops and restaurants, making it the ideal place to spend a peaceful holiday. It is located in a very quiet residence, even in summer. The kitchen, living room and terrace face the wooded park. Wifi included, private parking. We're waiting for you!

Les Embruns "Tout d'abord le logement est très bien situé, à quelques pas de la plage, vraiment top. La personne qui s'occupe du logement était très agréable. Cependant nous avons plusieurs désagréments avec le logement notamment avec la porte-fenêtre dont le loquet ne fermer plus donc quand vous avez un enfant en bas âge avec vous ce n'est vraiment pas super question sécurité. Mais le plus gros problème a été avec la porte d'entrée dont la poignée tenait avec du cellophane et du carton.... Système D qui d'ailleurs n'a tenu que quelques heures avant de céder malgré le fait que nous avions été assuré que cela tiendrait. Nous avons failli rester coincé dans le logement, de quoi bien commencer les vacances ... Après avoir relancé à plusieurs reprises la conciergerie, une personne est intervenu, le lendemain, pour retirer le loquet pour éviter d'être bloqués. Nous aurions apprécié être prévenus en avance car le problème n'était pas récent et qu'un remplacement était prévu pour septembre."

Les Embruns "Le calme, la situation, la proximité de la plage et du port, les visites touristiques... 🙂 Un emplacement proche de la plage et du port (200 m ) et surtout du calme. L'appartement était magnifique, vaste et bien décoré; nous n'avons manqué de rien; nous avons surtout appécié le réfrigérateur congélateur. Tout l'appartement avait été rénové et le matériel électrique était neuf. Le parking privé est un atout supplémentaire surtout l'été (beaucoup de monde et parlings payants) 🙁 L'accueil pourrait être amélioré: la personne qui devait nous remettre les clés de l'appartement était absente (malgré l'annonce de notre arrivée par téléphone) et ne savait pas du tout situer l'anneau pour le parking."

Spacieux, propre, proche de tout. Un point négatif: les chaises sont dures sans galette et de plus il n’y avait pas un canapé pour s’asseoir dans le séjour.

Les Embruns "🙂 Appartement rénové propre et confortable. que nous avons aimé pour notre 2ème séjour en ces lieux. Service de conciergerie très bien. Jardin arboré (côté balcon,""séjour-cuisine"") très calme et agréable, bien entretenu, mais non accessible hélas. Cependant ce ""poumon de verdure"" est appréciable. Douche baignoire, sèche-cheveux, lave-linge. Cuisine moderne en bois chaleureux, bien équipé, plaque vitro, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, frigo-congélateur, cafetière, machine expresso, grille pain, bouilloire... Il ne manque rien ! Ah si : une louche ! :) 🙁 Quelques suggestions ? La mise en place d'une climatisation serait bienvenue. Petits travaux à faire tels que : réparer la fermeture des baies vitrées, lumière au dessus du lavabo... Un aspirateur plus efficace. Ce ne sont que des petits points de détail qui n'altèrent en rien notre sentiment d'avoir passé un agréable séjour. Et enfin, la pose d'un revêtement de sol plus clair ou d'un parquet flottant donnerait la petite touche manquante de modernisme à ce logement très plaisant et très bien situé. Merci à nos hôtes."
