Equipped US kitchen area: gas cooker (3 burners + 1 electric hob + oven), extractor hood, small dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, electric coffee maker, large fridge with freezer compartment, vacuum cleaner (2023) ... In a row, a cabin with 2 bunk beds 90 (2024) and large wardrobe. A beautiful bedroom with 1 bed 160 (2024), ceiling fan, Emmanuelle seat. Tiled bathroom (shower cubicle) and separate toilet. Secure parking n°138 approx. 100m from the building. Direct access to the fishing port. SMALL PETS ALLOWED.
