Varde - appartement avec jardin

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Coulomb, this charming apartment under roof, crossing from East to West, of a surface of 33 m ² and being able to accomodate until 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 19 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 180 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 19 m² with TV and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with Italian shower
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- An unenclosed west-facing garden shared with the other apartments and equipped with two picnic tables to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Coulomb, in a very pleasant environment within a small dead end. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Between Saint Malo and Cancale come and enjoy the town of Saint-Coulomb, a resort site for tourists in all seasons.
- Tourist sites : Many fine sandy beaches, Saint Malo (the Corsair city), Cancale and its oysters, Dinard (pearl of the Emerald Coast), Dinan (city of art and history with picturesque charm), Rennes (capital of Brittany)
- Sporting activities : Various nautical activities, hiking along the GR34 to discover the Breton coast, paragliding...
- Cultural visits : The Mont Saint-Michel located at about 30 km, the big aquarium of Saint Malo...
- Events : Rum route, no logo festival (reggae), quai des bulles, Saint-Malo craft beer, rock route, étonnants voyageurs...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the outside parking lot at the foot of the building (numbered sign in front of each space).

- Nearest airport: Rennes airport located at about 1H by car.

- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.

Varde "L’appartement est idéalement situé, entre Cancale et St Malo c’est génial. De plus il est juste derrière une boulangerie, très pratique pour le petit-déjeuner. L’appartement est petit mais fonctionnel, avec tout ce qu’il faut. Aucun problème d’insonorisation avec l’extérieur, on y dors comme un bébé. Nous recommandons ce logement pour une semaine à 2."

Bon séjour !

Bon séjour, literie confortable et appartement agréable. Bien équipé et bien placé, proche de tout ce qu’il faut ! Seul bémol: un aménagement de qualité moyenne (canapé, fauteuil, couverts…) ne mettant pas forcément en confiance quand on veut s’y installer ou les utiliser. Merci beaucoup pour ces quelques jours !

Varde "Je ne recommande pas cet appartement pour un séjour plus long que 2/3 jours ni pour un couple. L'appartement est assez petit, très mal pensé, on se tape la tête un peu partout. C'est ok pour 1 personne mais pas pour 2. Le lit n'est pas confortable, on roule dedans. Il fait aussi très chaud au 2ème étage l'été et il n'y a aucun rouleau pour le vélux du salon. 1 seule serviette par personne et 1 paire de draps seulement pour 10 jours, rien de rechange. Impossible à trouver en arrivant, aucune indications mis à part les codes. Il faut aussi savoir que l'appartement est collé à une boulangerie et à l'église du village qui sonne toutes les 15min. L'isolation des appartements n'est pas bonne. Le parking est trop petit si vous avez une voiture plus grosse qu'une twingo et que toutes les places sont prises, c'est impossible de se garer. Heureusement que la région est magnifique. Seul bon point, l'endroit est très bien placé par rapport à Cancale et Saint Malo."

Attention toutefois aux rues piétonnes qui sont étroites, nous y avons abîmé notre voiture. Privilégiez les deux entrées situées à côté de la boulangerie et n’hésitez pas à prendre le sens interdit."

Varde "Le logement était tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Propre, bien décoré. Nous avons apprécié d' arriver dans un logement où le lit était déjà fait, les serviettes de toilettes à disposition. Idéalement situé entre Saint-Malo et Cancale, jamais plus de 15-20 minutes de voiture pour s'y déplacer. Les commerces de proximité sont un plus ! (pharmacie, boulangerie, boucherie/traiteur, café, tabac presse) Bémol sur l'arrivée en autonomie : logement difficilement accessible car le gps fait passer par de petites rues où il est difficile de manœuvrer. Peu d'indications quant au numéro de logement et de place de parking attribuée. L'insonorisation entre appartements n'est pas super, mais celle avec l'extérieur est bien. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour !"

Varde Die Unterkunft ist für längere Aufenthalte gut geeignet. Auch das Internet ist absolut ausreichend für Remote Arbeit. In der Wohnung war aus meiner Sicht alles nötig für einen schönen Aufenthalt vorhanden sowie die Lage der Wohnung sehr zentral im Ort und trotzdem ruhig.
