Cocoonr offers you this tastefully restored 90 mÂČ house for rent in Saint-Coulomb, on the seafront, 5 minutes' walk from the superb Chevrets beach. It can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a beautiful living room, a fitted and equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival.

First floor:
- a beautiful living room with lounge, TV corner and dining area,
- a fully equipped kitchen,

- a master suite with double bed (160x200), private bathroom with bath and shower
- bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200).

The house is adjoined by the Ecume house, which sleeps 5 and can also be booked at Cocoonr.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Coulomb, in very pleasant surroundings. The shops in the center of Saint-Coulomb (bakery, butcher's, chemist's, mini-market) are a 5-minute drive away.
The Chevrets beach is a 5-minute walk away, St Malo Intra Muros is 10 km and Cancale 10km, while Mont St Michel is 40 km away.
Nearest SNCF train station: Gare de Saint-Malo is about 15 min by car (10km), nearest airport: AĂ©roport de Rennes about 1h15 by car (81.3 km).

La Pilotine "La Pilotine hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank nochmals fĂŒr ein paar schöne Ferientage! Das Haus ist geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Die Badezimmer, eines in das große Schlafzimmer integriert sind wirklich toll und auch der Wasserdruck und heiß Wasser ist sehr gut. Die Betten sind auch bequem. Die Lage ist top, zum Strand sind nur zwei Minuten, nach Saint-Malo 15. Die Gegend ist wunderschön!"

La Pilotine "Beautiful, nicely done and very comfortable house for a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle. The closest beach is about 15min walking distance and it’s a stunner. There is also a couple of good restaurants close by but not much more than that. So if you’re coming without a car do get some essentials (groceries / salt included) from Saint Malo because there are no bigger shops nor boulangeries near by. To get to Saint Malo or Cancale you can take a local bus (running every hour or so from a road not too far from the house). One thing to note is that there is no stable WiFi available at the house although listed and it can be inconvenient if you’re counting on it during your travels."

La Pilotine "TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour, notre 3eme depuis la rĂ©novation. TrĂšs belle maison, propre et proche de belles balades Ă  faire Ă  pied ou en voiture. Cependant pour ce 3e sĂ©jour, mĂȘme habituĂ©s, on reste exigeant comme au 1er sĂ©jour. Par exemple, le mĂ©nage est plus approximatif au rdc dans la cuisine et dans les toilettes. Rien de grave mais beaucoup de poussiĂšre (sur le frigo), des restes de cuisine sous la gaziniere. Autre exemple, la vaisselle s’abĂźme et se rarĂ©fie: pas de saladier ou trĂšs grand bol, poĂȘles fatiguĂ©es, pas de casseroles entre les trĂšs petites et l’énorme faitout. On reviendra bien sĂ»r ! Mais on reste exigeant sur la qualitĂ© !"

La Pilotine Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Eine ausreichende und einfache KĂŒchen-Ausstattung ist vorhanden. Wie abgesprochen lief bei unserer Ankunft die Heizung und die Wohnung war mollig warm. Top! In der nĂ€heren Umgebung gibt es einen wunderschönen Strand. Wir werden wieder in die Region reisen. Daumen hoch! Dankeschön!

La Pilotine "Le logement est trÚs sympathique entre la belle cuisine, les poutres apparentes en bas dans le salon et la magnifique chambre parentale, avec ses coins d'eau. TrÚs insta gram mable. Dommage que nous ne puissions pas utiliser la cheminée et que l'approche fonctionnelle du logement ne fasse pas comme si nous étions comme à la maison. Une bibliothÚque, des livres ou de vieilles VHS sans valeurs sont toujours appréciables pour se mettre sous des plaids dans 2 canapés en regardant un bon film au coin du feu. Le service d'accÚs en heures de nuits en mode autonome sont bien pratiques, y compris pour le départ le dimanche."

La Pilotine "Ottima posizione baricentrica tra Saint Malo’ e Mont Saint Michel, le spiagge sono a 10 minuti a piedi, Cancale ù vicina. Posizione ottima per trekking sulla scogliera, noleggiare una barca o fare un giro a cavallo. Ottimo fare l’aperitivo dai coltivatori di ostriche sulle spiagge fra Cancale e mont saint Michel o cenare a Saint malo. Le maree dettano i tempi delle giornate fra spiaggia e gite!"

La Pilotine Het is een zeer mooie en nette woning, onthaal door Deborah was goed en duidelijk, alles is aanwezig (op een middelgrote kookpot na), gezellig terras in een rustige omgeving, 10 minuten wandelen van het strand, en vlotte toegang tot GR34 voor mooie kustwandelingen, niet ver van Cancale en St Malo.
