"Staff were superb, the view from the hotel was fantastic towards the old city/ castle and a short walk across the old bridge to the old town was 5 mins. The hotel had an indoor swimming pool which we used, it was clean and fresh towels were sat on the recliners next to the pool. We stayed on a bed and breakfast and every morning you had the choice of cooked, fresh ham, cheese and pastries. A small niggled for me was the dinner menu never changed the whole time we were there and we felt it could had a bit of a difference but each to their own. A great stay made easier by the staff and standard of service. I would recommend a stay here 100%"

"Loved our stay at this hotel! It was a former bishops palace right next to the cathedral and right by the rampart walls. Absolutely beautiful location. We had a room in the building across the way. Large room with view of the church. Very quiet though! Super comfortable bed. We had dinner there on the terrace and it was so good with a great view! Only issue was that our shower wouldn’t drain. Other than that it was perfect! "

"Fab hotel, 10 min walk to Carcassonne Le Cite, warm friendly staff, excellent facilities, nice restaurant, outdoor pool with pool bar, food and drink priced at around the same as Le Cite, i would definitely stay here again."

"Everyone was so nice and friendly. Pool was so nice and refreshing since it was practically 100 degrees f. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was easy and very good. We were glad too since up in the Cité there's no AC and all outdoor seating. Rooms very clean! And the included breakfast with the fresh OJ machine is so yummy! Private safe parking with lots of shade a plus too!!"

"I liked: The location, just before the bridge to the Forteresse, and with a nice overall view of the Forteresse from my balcony. A large very nice room. The balcony with nice vegetation. A really full buffet breakfast (North American style but with great croissants, etc) Staff that were nice and helpfull. I walked everywhere, from and to train station, to restaurants, to the Forteresse."
