"We (family with two kids) enjoyed our stay in Nicolas' house very much. The pool is extraordinary - including some bathing toys for the kids. The huge garden offers a lot of nice spots to relax and play. There are a lot of beautiful spots to take baths or go for canoe tour - be it the Ardeche, La Beaume or the Chassezac - all within 15-30 minutes by car. Nicolas was always very helpful and approachable. We enjoyed our stay so much and can only recommend the place and house!"

"Nous avons découvert, à l'issue d' une descente chaotique et difficilement carrossable, une maison pleine de charme, typique de la région, avant de nous apercevoir que l'annonce publiée ne correspondait pas à la réalité -équipements: absence de wifi, d'internet, de sèche-cheveux. -terrain de 1ha: impraticable, car pas du tout entretenu, aucun accès au ruisseau, ni à l'acqueduc! -terrain de pétanque inexistant! -absence de volets dans 2 chambres, donc impossible de garder la fraicheur dans la...

"The hotel is a little far from the center of Le Puy and there are few restaurants around the hotel, but the room is quiet and clean. Staffs are friendly, and the hotel has a pizza restaurant that the hotel guests can receive 10% discount. "

Needs some TLC

"A really lovely location with lots of potential but not well looked after and somewhat shabby. We were told the washing machine did not work and the kitchen smelled of gas - even when the tank was turned off. Several small issues and the host was fairly responsive, but we had a great deal of difficulty finding the property when we arrived (as there was minimal information provided) and had to disrupt several neighbours in order to find it. "

Great hotel, great staff

"Stayed 3 nights. Staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast was good value and had lots of variety. The evening meals were high quality. The room was spacious and had everything we needed (apart from a kettle). We are travelling by train so we found it very convenient for the bus station. Be aware that there is no food Sunday evening, but McDonald's is across the road. Will certainly stay in Ibis again."
