"Villa Roccia is great. Beach just across the road was fabulous for late evening walks…but the pool and hot tub area was the star of the holiday. The village has a couple of grocery shops with a wonderful boulangerie too. Everyone was friendly, especially the host, Carine. Wonderful holiday. Long drive from uk but French roads and drivers are so much calmer than uk, so it was stress free from Calais."

There’s plenty of space for everyone and the kids appreciate the WiFi. It was very easy to find and thanks to Kevin the caretaker we soon felt at home. One of the best things for me was that you don’t really need a car when you’re there. The local shops and bar are only a few minutes walk away and the big supermarket is just a short cycle...

"We, a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, had a great one week stay in this very nice designed and comfortable house. It has all luxury you can think of, including climate control and perfect beds. The garden has sun and shadow places all day and is extremely well equiped. Communication went well and any questions were answered quickly. Puilboreau is a very quiet village at biking distance of lovely places like La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. The presence of the cat was a surprise to us, but he was nice...
