"This venue is truly a family home. The family lives in and runs the Villa. They were lovely hosts. The villa itself is a historic home and the family offered us the chance to read about its history, which made our stay even more memorable. "A rustic property in the quaint village of Longpont, this hotel felt a little like one of those “Restaurants with rooms” concepts that are springing up now, in that everything revolves around the restaurant, more or less. And that’s no bad thing, as the restaurant serves excellent dinners on it’s lovely outdoor terrace (with inside dining too if the weather is bad) The room was cosy and functional if a littlest basic feeling, and despite the rural. setting had the best wifi of the past dozen...
