La villa est spacieuse, agréable, bien équipée ; elle est entourée d'un magnifique jardin arboré, avec une grande piscine chauffée. L'environnement est très calme. Il y a beaucoup de sites à voir aux alentours (Carcassonne, Minerve, grotte du Limousis, canal du Midi ...). Edith et Pascal, les propriétaires, nous ont très bien accueillis et ont été de bon conseil pour les visites."

"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...

"Maison spacieuse au calme avec climatisation dans le séjour (bien appréciable en cette période), grande piscine. Vu le nombre de personnes qui peuvent y séjourner il faudrait prévoir un plus grand frigo ou un de plus et aussi avoir un congélateur car là nous avions un freezer donc pas adapté pour l'été. Dans le salon il faudrait mettre un clic clac au lieu de plusieurs canapés pour plus de confort. Merci pour le séjour."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Karl and Agentas villa, the town of Laurens is a very sleepy area in the middle of a wine county. Our young children enjoyed watching the small tractors ferry grapes to the local winery. The locals of the village were very friendly. The Villa is beautiful with a clean good sized pool which we spent most of our days by. The house was a great size for 5 adults and 3 small young children. "Monsieur Guisti a été très chaleureux à notre arrivée et nous a bien orientés sur les sites à visiter aux alentours. La climatisation est vraiment très appréciable et les lits confortables. "Great place with many rooms and not far from a large supermarket which we went to almost every day to get fresh groceries to then spend the day in the outdoor cooking area having a BBQ by the pool. It was windy and a bit cold when we went there but I'm certain later in the year you wouldn't want to get out of the pool. The garage also had many games to entertain us.
