"In NOLA, it's about location. Centrally located, this apartment is one block from the St. Charles trolley line and near the Warehouse District. It a is also a short walk to various restaurants, i.e. Emeril's Delmonico and VooDoo Tavern. The interior is top notch, very clean with not a single problem or complaint.
