Villa Armor Glaz - Maison avec jacuzzi

In Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, we offer this charming 115 m² house with jacuzzi for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 44 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 250 m² garden.

Ground floor

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor
- Bedroom 1&2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and bath

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan.

Outside
- A covered jacuzzi, available all year round and able to accommodate 6 people (5 seated and one reclining)
- A beautiful 250 m² enclosed garden facing south-west
- A 35 m2 south-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather


The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, less than 5 minutes away by car:
- enjoy magnificent beaches
- play a round of golf (18 holes) along the beautiful Pen Guen beach
- visit the new padel/tennis/pickleball complex
Nearby, you'll also find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private garage (1 vehicle) or in the two private outdoor parking spaces in front of the house (2 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Plancoet station (15km) and Lamballe TGV station (29km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes-Bretagne 75 km away (about 1 hour by car)
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
- The house is located in a housing estate that is nearing completion, and the roads will not be laid until September 2024.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use

L'endroit est un nouveau lotissement où certaines maisons sont encore en cours de construction, mais cela n'a pa été gênant durant le séjour. Villa Armor Glaz Déçu de ce séjour, tout d'accord les hôtes sont très intrusif par message et veulent absolument nous rencontrer le lendemain même si l'entrée c'est faite librement. Nous menace de venir voir à qu'elle heure nous arrivons, car après 20h il y a un supplément. Ensuite la maison n'est pas totalement terminée, le dérouleur de papier dans les wc du bas est un tuyau qui n'est pas encore raccordé, les spots extérieurs de toute la maison ne sont pas installés, les fils sont donc apparents, les finitions peinture, joints et autres sont bâclés. On ressent simplement le fait de vouloir faire au plus vite pour rentabiliser le crédit. L'emplacement est difficile d'accès car lotissement en chantier, chemin avec d'énormes trous, boue et autres pas pratique. Aucune intimité et jardin collé a celui du voisin. Suite à un soucis avec la poignée du jacuzzi on nous donne un devis de 750e. En appelant d'autres artisans ils nous disent que c'est impossible. Bref on s'en complètement l'arnaque du début à la fin
