"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub inmitten dieser traumhaften Kulisse. Allein für die parkähnliche Gartenanlage lohnt der Aufenthalt, wenn man/frau Erholund und Ruhe sucht. Das Haus und die Poolarea ist gepflegt, sogar die Betten sind in gutem Zustand, keine durchgelegenes Matratzen. Unser besonderer Dank geht an Jean-Michel, er ist immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und super kompetent. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"What a wonderful retreat! The gîte was the perfect place to relax - the pool was a lovely treat in late April and the sauna was my personal favorite. Anne-Karine and Sylvain provided excellent recommendations - including a magical birthday dinner at a local restaurant. We loved everything!"

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook the dinner up to very small details: all sizes of pots and pans, all kinds of plates and of course varieties of glasses. Each bedroom has dedicated bathroom. Super good air-conditioning system installed centrally and available across all the rooms in the house. Very nice SPA area. "We had a lovely stay in this house. The house was decorated very stylish and warm and had all the things that we needed. The weather was hot outside, but the cottage inside was nice and cool thanks to the thick walls. The pool was lovely and the children had a lot of fun with the floating devices. The owner of the house emailed a lot of tips on things to do in the neighbourhood and we had a lot of fun exploring those. The house is located very well if you want to visit the wineries in the medoc...

Best accommodation in France!

"We travelled 4 weeks through France. From Paris to St Tropez and back to Bordeaux and stayed at 8 hotels (all 5Star) This was our favourite by far. The personal touches, the amazing staff and the Chateau itself are all impeccable. Antony without prompting arranged our dinner and lunches as well as wine tasting locally. Nothing was too difficult and everyone from breakfast service to evening drink service couldn’t be more delightful. This will be our first stop on our next trip. "

"We were in overnight, arriving late and leaving early morning. The place looked very nice and welcoming - value for money at budget pricing. We got the rest we needed, despite the heat. We’ll try to be back again for a proper vacation. "

"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "
