The private terrace is located on a roof terrace, and is secluded and peaceful. It is fenced off and can be accessed directly from the flat. It has garden furniture, a parasol, two sun loungers, two deckchairs and a barbecue. It benefits from plenty of sunshine thanks to its south-facing position.

Accommodation for your seaside holidays, available for 5 people in a recent 55 m2 3-room flat on the 2nd floor, adjoining on one side only, with 2 separate bedrooms, very bright and spacious with a large living room, a fully-equipped kitchen area with all modern comforts and facilities, Wi-Fi Internet, flat-screen TV, intercom, carefully decorated in SEA AND NATURE style with a large wooden terrace outside and a parking space.

In terms of sleeping arrangements and capacity, you can choose to stay for 2, 4 or 5 people in two separate bedrooms comprising: - a 1st bedroom with a double bed for 2 people (140x190) in kubu rattan, - a 2nd bedroom with 2 single bunk beds 90x190 (2 x 1 person) in stained pine and an extra single folding slatted bed for 1 person (90x190).
They are equipped with bedside tables and lamps, wardrobes and cupboards, and have blankets, duvets and pillows.

The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, 3 towel rails, a vanity unit with shelves and a holder for your toiletries. The WC is separate and independent. For your comfort during your holidays in all seasons, all the rooms are heated by electric convector heaters. To store your bicycles, pushchairs or other items, access to a locked communal room is available (on request). There is a car park outside. The residence entrance is equipped with intercoms.

The large sandy beach of l'Océan, bordered by wooded dunes with a children's beach club, is approximately 200 m from the accommodation. The centre, with its restaurants, casino, market, entertainment, shops and supermarkets, is around 350 m away. During the summer months, the resort organises its "Côté Mer" summer festival, which features a wide range of entertainment, shows and street art, not forgetting its major International Pyrotechnics Festival in August, which attracts huge crowds every year.

It's also a great place for nature lovers, with numerous hiking trails (sentier des douaniers), kilometres of cycle paths (VélOcéan), horse-riding trails through the pine forest with its wooded dunes, coves and long beaches at the Ocean and the Pines.

It's also a great place for water sports enthusiasts (sailing, catamarans, surfing, kite surfing, speed sailing, sand yachting, windsurfing and kayaking), with over 8 km of fine sandy beaches and wide open spaces.
