"The hotel is fine and a good value but the staff is exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. We needed help retrieving a lost item from our previous hotel and they helped us track it down. The location is good, only a short ride to down town Reims. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean."

"Nous avons été accueillis avec un bouquet de fleurs, des bouteilles de jus de fruits de la région.
