"The front desk staff were phenomenal! My daughter and I were so appreciative of how the desk staff that checked us in made us feel so welcome. We wish we could remember her name, all we recall is that her name started with a “R”. She was so kind. We applaud her and her dedication to her phenomenal work and professionalism. Thank you for making our experience so great!"
