Ground floor: living room with sofa bed (140x190), separate kitchen (access via 2 steps), bathroom/toilet. Mezzanine: 1 bedroom (3 single beds 90x190). Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, complete baby equipment, small freezer.
Included: gas heating, electricity.
Not included: sheets, towels/household linens, and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€65). Pets: €100 deposit.

Très bonne semaine passée dans cette maison de St André des eaux. Nos hôtes nous ont très bien accueilli et ont été soucieux de notre bien-être. La maison nous convenait parfaitement. Simple et confortable à la fois, nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La proximité de St André avec les villes balnéaires est très appréciable et les balades dans la Brière sont nombreuses. Il est probable que nous reviendrons dans cette location.
