"What a gem of a find, we stayed for one night whilst travelling from England to Spain. We was warmly greeted on arrival and went straight into the pool after a very long day. "Les Glycines was a really lovely house and we had a fabulous week long holiday. Check in was easy, Frédérique met us at the property and showed us everything, she had even made us some fresh ice cubes and left a bottle of local rosé in the fridge and a bottle of local red wine on the table for our our first evening! Each of the three generous bedrooms had a fan, very welcome in the heat! The parking was in the covered garage so very secure and shaded. The pool was lovely, very clean and a nice space to relax. The garden too was beautiful - lots of places to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The kitchen was well equipped and a barbecue was provided too. Overall, an excellent house, we’d stay again and we’d recommend it to friends."

"We had a great stay. The staff were all quite helpful and very kind. Our room was beautiful and a perfect location, right near the center plaza in Castres. We felt so comfortable in the hotel we made full use of the amenities: afternoon drinks on the terrace, evening meal in the restaurant, and breakfast the next day. All excellent. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The breakfast was charged extra and there was plenty of cereal, bread, cheese, meats, fruits and yoghurts etc. It is over 4 km from Carcassone and buses are infrequent but there is plenty of parking if you take a car. We had a fabulous stay."
