"We stayed for three weeks in July, and this was the perfect base for exploring the area. The cottage is charming - tastefully decorated, spacious and clean. It is in an excellent location - quiet but only a short distance from the centre of town. The kitchen is very well-equipped (we did a fair bit of cooking, so that really helped), as is the rest of the cottage. "Several items were broken, some terrible smells from plumbing, hornets nest somewhere in building, sun umbrellas useless, swimming pool dirty with lots of wasps around it that stung the children. Altogether, I was disgusted especially for what we paid"

"Wow!! The pictures do not do this house justice…it is a truly beautiful house.. We were a group of friends and family..6 adults and 6 children/teens.. We all fell in love with the house. The house is situated on the river, 5 mins walk to town. We were lucky to arrive during a festival and celebrated one of our groups birthday whilst we were there..the town were having a party and we danced till late..a weekend we will never forget..the only downside was we only stayed 2 nights..we all left...

"Fantastic place with large secure garden. We didn’t travel as much as expected because we had trouble dragging the kids out of the pool / away from the games barn. When we did the nearby lake with canoeing, beach and play park was great. Very eclectic location - not luxurious but really well equipped for a self catering family. "
