"The hotel wasn’t the same as the pictures condition wise, very run down, room wasn’t as clean as expected for its star rating, games room facilities were broken, breakfast options were very limited. For the price we paid and star it’s rated was expecting was more from the hotel "

"Das kleine Hotel ist ein historisches Haus mit viel Atmosphäre und einem schönen Innenhof. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstück ist ein typisch türkisches Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser werden kostenlos angeboten. Die Bediensteten sind sehr darum bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so gut wie möglich zu gestalten. Ich würde das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der ein Hotel mit historischem Ambiente bevorzugt."

"The front desk staff was not friendly, almost rude. They were annoyed by my question. The heat was out, and after a cold night I asked for a heater or a blanket. I had to ask twice. I also had to ask twice for my laundry to be picked up.
