I suggest the garage parking at the Tribunal centre (around 10 minutes walk away at a daily rate of 19e) or the parking on the shore line which is free overnight and around 25 minutes walk). Flat was comfortable especially the bed. Plenty of room. I had no hot water when I arrived so needed to put the boiler on (via a switch next to the lighting). "sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto in alle Richtungen (Ljubliana, Bleder See, Piran, Kooper usw...) in ca. 5 Minuten ist man auf der Schnellstraße. Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und liegt in ländlich geprägter Gegend. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Ajdovscina (ca. 10 Minuten). Kommunikation mit Vermieter ist mit Englisch gut möglich. Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. "

"I get why the owner rents this unit out. The noise from the outside machines are simply annoying and being a light sleeper, it was a terrible night. The bed and shower were both comfortable. The proximity to everything is hard to beat."

"Arrived unable to access apartment due to construction going on which we were unaware of. The area in front of the access door was completely blocked by contractors vehicles with wire fence and orange tape. After making enquires it was ascertained this was the access to apartment, on entering with our bags we had to make our way through dust construction debris and 8-10 workman carrying bucket loads of construction material which they were emptying on their truck parked outside the apartment...

"The property itself is very nice, a clean and precious small flat like some of us live in. Silent, a Safe Spot for the car and you have like 3mins by feet to reach the beach main entrance and also only 3mins to the Center of Grado and its Shops, Bars, Restaurants. We booked it already 3 times and again already a 4th time for next year, I think that says a lot. Rino is very friendly, Check-in and out is totally uncomplicated. What we love most about this apartment is to have a washing machine...

"Mio marito ed io siamo stati una settimana nel centralissimo e comodo appartamento in via Di Cavana che, sebbene sia piena di vita, non disturba la pace dell'appartamento per via delle ottime finestre. Inoltre, essendo cosi' centrale, ogni sera ci godevamo Piazza Unita' ed il lungomare. Livio e' sempre stato molto disponibile, premuroso e gentile. Vi ritorneremo sicuramente!"
