"the rooms in this hotel are 20+ yrs behind. no usb charging ports anywhere, fridge was broke, chair is older than heck and not comfortable. Breakfast crew scrambling to keep up with the food and coffee. hated my pillows, too over stuffed, and my family in a different room pillows where almost not there they were so thin?"

10/10 Excellent
"My room was clean well put together. Had a great shower. Good bed linens. All the staff that I encountered were helpful. I am on a restricted diet so I did not eat at the breakfast, but I did use the coffee service in the lobby. and it was excellent. I did not use the hot tub but used the pool. What a great pool! I enjoyed the room to do some of my water aerobics. I will be staying again when I return to Saginaw next year to visit my family. It is in a great location."
