The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished and included a washing machine for laundry which worked very well. The apartment is small with a tiny bathroom. The water pressure may reduce to a trickle if someone else runs water while you are having a shower. It would be helpful to install a grab bar and/or provide a slip mat for the slippery shower. There are 4 flights of stairs to reach...

"We stayed nine nights in this lovely, quiet and spacious apartment and we loved almost everything. Good beds, everything worked, nice view into a green courtyard, central location on the quiet Arno side. The only downside was the lack of a kettle and a towel to dry at least some dishes. We then bought towels."

"This property accommodated our family of 7 very nicely. We would stay there again if we returned to Florence. There are a few things people should know in booking this property. The location was very nice but it is a 20-25 minute walk to many of the primary attractions of Florence. Also, the adjacent plaza can get quite noisy on the weekends or holidays as people congregate there. The windows/shutters blocked most of the noise in most of the rooms but there were was a room or two where the noise...
