"Was a beautiful cabin they just need to let people know it's built on 30' stilts. And 2 people that was with us was in their 80's. Beautiful place tho"

"This is a cool fishing resort that has a retro feel. It's been around for years, but is clean and we had a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant has great food including great fried catfish that is American farm raised (most are Chinese import catfish these days). It is on the property and an easy walk. The property is right on the beautiful White River. Also, as an amenity, there is a huge pecan tree that is close to the office. If you go in late October, it had huge pecans that we cooked in the pan with a sugar glaze for a snack. We would stay again."

Beautiful Secluded Cabin on the White River

"It’s a very nice little cabin in the secluded woods. It’s right against the white river but there’s no good access to the water. We still had a great time fishing just up the road and would definitely stay again."

"We stayed for three nights and it was wonderful. Apart from having some stink bugs hanging on the top of the curtains (they are there doing nothing), we have no whatsoever issue. The location is very good close to Ozarks and scenic drives. The house is clean and cute and have everything we needed. We loved it and we totally recommend it for a family 4-6 people. For safety, we tried to be inside shortly after the dusk, although we have not seen any wild life apart from some deers and not even near the cabin."

"Absolutely the best place we’ve ever rented! The cabin was even nicer than the photos, and was totally spotless. Even the outdoor areas were clean - not a cobweb in sight! Furniture and beds were comfy and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Coach and Carla are extremely nice and we can’t wait to stay at Morgan Mountain Retreat again!"
SPECTACULAR CABIN on the White River!

"We had a wonderful experience. The house was spacious and extremely clean. Be aware if traveling with the elderly or disabled, there is a flight of stairs to manage with no other access to the home. We thought it was beautifully decorated but the rooms were dark and no living room or bedside lamps to speak of. Overall the house is beautiful with a lovely deck and spectacular view of the white river. We would definitely book a stay with this property again. Thank you so much!"
