The room was very comfortable. Hotel has lovely views over the old town, which is easily walkable, and they have dedicated parking which is great if you are driving. The check in process was easy and the staff are very attentive and hard working. The breakfast in the morning was excellent.
Why not a perfect score? A couple of things. On our final morning, a staff member confronted another couple over not scoring a perfect 10/10 in their review. Also, the front door was locked in the morning and we couldn’t exit until staff unlocked the door from the outside. Not sure if this is standard practice, but this would be dangerous in an emergency.
