The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, especially the reception team who provided a complimentary upgrade to a pool-view room. The resort is clean and well-managed, with nicely decorated rooms and a beautiful sandy beach featuring lovely corals. The food quality and variety were amazing.The evening entirtenmaint & animation team were nice. The kids club has nice playground and engaging activities. "

"One of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed at. The staff is absolutely amazing - from the restaurant, the housekeeping to the beach! Special shout out to Amr and Diaa from the beach /beach bar team for going above and beyond to look after us. It is possible to do some snorkeling directly from the beach. The water is crystal clear. The buffet doesn’t leave anything to be desired! If you consider staying in Soma Bay dont bother looking at other hotels- this is by far the best option! True value for money! You get free water in the rooms and on the beach. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you to the entire Team at Kempinski Soma Bay!"
