"Clean, quiet and comfortable beds! The single road for 2 way traffic is at moments difficult to navigate but it’s only a couple miles. The owner was very helpful. I would definitely recommend for a small group!"

"Wonderful vistas, plenty of room, meticulously clean, great kitchen & amenities, garage was a bonus, and location couldn't be better!! Fantastic!!"

"Comfortable stay, clean, and spacious. Accessible to the bourbon trail, but yet off the beaten path. The home is more than a duplex, not expecting people above, and entry a little confusing, but all amenities we needed."

"Loved the room! Felt like luxury glamping while we came to visit the Ark. will come again if we decide to visit the Ark once more."

"House was great for two weeks showing at the KY horse park. Quiet street, walkable to Georgetown shops and restaurants, close to grocery store, at most 15 minutes to the horse park. The house has nice outdoor spaces, easy to relax. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom is a great space for kids. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"Great property that worked perfectly for our event at Kentucky Horse Park. Appreciate all the amenities included - rare these days with other VRBOs."

"It was exactly what we needed! Great location. Will be back!"

"Perfect for our family of 5! The home already has all the essentials there. The property was beautiful and relaxing. We used the fire pit one night and made s'mores. The home was very accommodating, tv’s in every room, and a front porch to enjoy. We loved our stay and i’m sure we’ll be back."

"Really nice and clean property. Everything we required."

"The place was gorgeous, beautifully set up and easy to get to. We were disappointed that we were unable to enjoy the outdoors due to the level of humidity. We recommend this place and we hope to stay here again for our future visits."

"Fun experience for the family"

"Very clean house and quiet location. Close to the ark! Had a wonderful stay and the host was easy to reach. Stayed for two days visited the creation museum, jungle Jim’s & the ark encounter. Great central location for it all! Would stay again"

"This was MINUTES from the Ark Encounter, which is what we were in town for. VERY clean and nice. Loved all of the dishes and useful things in house. Beds were very comfortable. Nice front porch to sit on. Also, a fire pit in the backyard. We didn't use but would be nice in the Fall or cool evenings. Several options around for DoorDash or to go eat. Would definitely stay again if in the area!"
