"The hotel is in a very central location- easy to walk to metro and only 20 min ride to Battery park where we took ferry to Statue of Liberty. "We visited this hotel in April for 2 nights. The hotel lobby and bar/restaurant was magnificent, the live music was great. However, our room was not as clean or well-kept as we had hoped. The carpet had a huge wet spot on it that we assume was from housecleaning, but not letting it dry fully before putting more guests in the room was not ideal. "The room was very clean but rather small and only a view of the brick wall and windows.
It would have been nice to have a fridge you can ask for one but have to pay extra.
The elevators are slow and couple times one would not be working. It was a good location for us near the subway and buses. I would overall stay there again."
