"The owner/contact person was responsive, accommodating, and courteous. This was the case for check and when a couple of random questions came up during the stay. The apartment (unit A) was secure, clean, and all basic necessities (towels, etc.) were made available as well as extras (dish soap/sponge, a few basic cooking seasonings, cups/plates/utensils). The apartment also has some basic decorations that make it a bit more homelike. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend...

"The property it’s very nice, it has one bedroom and a living room but they are not separated by a door, therefore even if there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, this apartment is more comfortable for 2 people then for 3 adults. The ocean view is beautiful and the apartment is comfortable. One thing to notice: the location form Expedia app it is not accurate and was not easy to find the apartment, I suggest to search “Miranda beauty” that is a shop exactly under the building to easily find...

"This was a great home base for our trip to San Juan! The three of us had plenty of room and we really appreciated the amenities: well supplied kitchen and laundry. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the guest services team was always right on top of things - really great communication. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach. "Mr Sam reached out prior to arrival with detailed instructions on entering the property which I appreciated. Apartment was very clean and each room had an AC unit. Kitchen was supplied with all necessities. Mr Sam even gave recommendations on good restaurants in the area. There was a food truck park and local shops in the area that was walking distance. Uber was easy to catch. I would recommend and also stay again. "

"What an amazing stay in San Juan for our wedding anniversary! The condo is exactly as described and had everything that we needed. Location is wonderful. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Check in was very swift and communication with host Sally is extremely fast and easy! She provided us with great food recommendations and things to do in the surrounding areas.
