Modern 400 sq ft pet-friendly studio with cozy bed, futon sofa that folds out into a full-size bed, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. TV, WiFi and new heating/air unit. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, and microwave, and refresh in the sleek bathroom with walk-in shower. Includes in-unit washer/dryer for convenience. Enjoy your private patio with walk-up entrance, plus added fencing for privacy. Ideally located between the airport and downtown, this converted studio shares a wall with the garage but is fully separate from the onsite main house.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels on the shower floor.
Please remember to turn off all lights, devices and appliances. Ensure the window is closed and front door is locked upon leaving.
Please let me know if you need additional checkout time so that we may discuss late check-out fees. Note that I do not have a lot of leeway on days where I have another guest checking in same day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
