"Everything was great. 1. Mainly the daily maintenance and stuff behaviour was so good. 2. I reached around 12 pm and the check in time was 3 pm, I requested them for early check in and they immediately gave me one clean room, thanks for that. 3. There are some good restaurants in the neighbourhood, so it’s convenient. I have some suggestions for the house though: 1. One exhaust fan in the toilet will be helpful. 2. "I love a 5 start hotel and although this wasn’t one it was acceptable. Didn’t receive any help with the luggage on the way in so that was strange, then when we asked for on the way out, it took forever and to delay our departure. Beds very comfortable, hotel very clean. Pool so/so, hot tub not that hot and not nice enough to go in but fine if you don’t have high standards. Gym was decent. Sauna was very nice. Spa services and staff were awesome.
