"Despite some mixed weather, we had a lovely week by the river. Lots of wildlife, even caught a glimpse of a red squirrel. The house is well equipped, with a cosy log burner for chilly evenings. Lots to see within an easy drive. There are plenty of guidebooks and maps available in the property for use of guests. This was our second visit and it is perfect for a relaxing stay."

"We found 81 Bis to be a perfect location with plenty to do within a few miles of our base. The apartment was well equipped with views over the garden on 2 sides and parking for our car plus safe storage for the bikes. Shopping within easy reach and the beautiful city of Tours just 12 miles away. For us the bed was very hard and not to our liking but it might well suit other people. We are both 72 and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you"

"The property was exactly what we wanted. It was a great home base after seeing the local chateaus and towns. We would go out in the morning and come back with the kids to play in the pool, and grill outside and enjoy the property. While out a bit on its own (which was perfect for us to relax), it was still close enough to a good grocery store (5 minutes) and all the main attractions (Amboise 25 minutes), Tours (15 minutes), Chateaus (between 25 and 45 minutes). "Awful. It felt like a homeless person place. No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed. "

"The hotel is comfortable but located in a sketchy area. It’s convenient for three reasons, available parking for a fee, a shopping mall across the street with a small supermarket and a tram that takes you to the city center across the street on the main avenue. "
