"Medea is a gem of an host. I was apprehensive about my long travel from the USA and she set my mind at ease. She was quick to respond to all of my inquiries and resolved my concerns immediately. The apartment was very clean and cozy. It is also close to all kinds of delicious restaurants and shopping. Medea added some welcoming treats that were delightful after a long day of traveling. She is a perfect and kind host making this stay here enjoyable and relaxing."

"I never received checkin information and the host was unresponsive to all communication. They apparently provided a fake phone number. I arrived at 03:30 and needed to find a place to stay with no internet connection and no telephone. VRBO is making getting a refund very difficult. Extremely frustrated and disappointed."
