- This recently restored 30 m² cottage is located on the first floor of an outbuilding of an old winegrower's farmhouse located in the heart of a 7,000 m² park with its huge swimming pool, pond, fountain ....,
Totally autonomous, you can enjoy the entire 7,000 m2 estate with its fabulous swimming pool, pond and pond, all in the middle of the bicentennial oaks and under the eye of the sculptures created by the owner.
You will have on your terrace, table, chairs, barbecue.
This cottage consists of 1 bedroom/alcove, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen area, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, and a private terrace with table, chair, barbecue and sofa.
Ping pong table, badminton net, deckchairs, hammock... are at your disposal, as well as "relaxation" areas scattered throughout the estate.
