"Great, updated little boutique hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very well appointed and very comfortable! Great beds and fantastic AC that made the hot summer weather bearable and made coming back to the hotel something that we looked forward to. The bathroom was great with an excellent shower with great water pressure. We enjoyed the area, lots of great restaurants nearby, and many places of interested in walking distance! We would absolutely stay here again in the future and would recommend it highly! "

"We stayed at the Best Western Plus Universo for 4 nights and the hotel was stellar. It's just a few blocks from the Basilica of St. Mary Maggiore. Just an FYI, Uber is quite expensive in Rome, if you need a cab just go out and flag a white cab or ask the front desk to get a car service to the airport. It's not as costly as Uber. "
