"Fabulous river frontage My husband tried unsuccessfully to land some fair sized trout. Cottage very comfortable with fireplace and heaters. Had Sabie trout in the restuarant which was excellent. Perfect base for visiting all the local sites and hikes. Will go back again. Staff discreet and efficient. Sadly, my offer to buy life rights to the cottage as a retirement home was rejected. Ah well…."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property however there were a couple of issues. When we tried to check in, we were told they had no record of our reservation via Expedia, so confirm before you arrive. Luckily the manager was home and we were able to stay there because there were rooms available. The rooms were nicely decorated and there was a pretty garden. There was some construction in the neighbourhood which was a bit noisy until 9pm. overall great value for money and we enjoyed our stay. "

"What a fantastic stay at Africamps Mackers in Hazyview. Not only is the location breathtaking, but the accommodation is perfectly crafted for a glamping experience. It had everything we needed. We had the best time and are definitely Africamp fans. "
