"Overall, our stay at Olala Homes was great. The apartment is cozy and clean—perfect for our family of four adults. The metro station is within walking distance, and the host was excellent, responding quickly to any questions. The self check-in process was very smooth. The area feels a bit rough, but we felt safe overall."

"This place is not located where it says it is in Expedia. It says it is in the neighborhood called Gracia. But it is in another municipality called L'Hospitalet, very far from everything and dangerous at night. The day we departed we were exposed to a dangerous man trying to get into the building who was intoxicated. I am highly disappointed with Expedia as we submitted a complaint as soon as we realized the place was not where it is announced. But nothing happened. Avoid this place. "

"Excellent hotel, wonderful welcome. The fridge was stocked with water, beer, and juice. The pastry chef does an amazing job. The view from the terrace is directly of the Sagrada. The only thing — clearer instructions about the floors would be helpful (the floor is marked as “SA” in the elevator). No complaints at all. "

"The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. This does however need to be looked at. Also the hot water takes a long time to get hot so was a bit of a hassle having...

"Arruinaron nuestro viaje. Era el cumpleaños de mi esposa y cuando llegamos que uno de sus hoteles, donde se suponia que nos teniamos que quedar, "no estaba disponible". Asi que nos mandaron a otro hotel mucho mas lejos de donde ya habia planeado. El internet del nuevo hotel no servia, intente llamar a la directora muchas veces. Un trabajador dijo que nos iban a dar un reembolso y nunca paso. La atencioin pesima. Tuvimos que andar con nuestras balijas y nuestro carrito de nuestra hija de 3 años...
