"My flight was delayed into Geneva and I was concerned about when I would arrive. Mike was fantastic and picked up my call and directed me. Very professional!"
"Cute and simple bed and breakfast. To improve:
- Mattress quality was really mediocre, way too soft, same with the pillows. Difficult to sleep well after a day of skiing.
- The younger woman at the reception desk was unfriendly and made it difficult to use the steam bath saying it was full when it wasn't. "
"The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. The bed (although not the pillows) was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was...

"It was awesome, we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was very nice too and staff is very friendly. We did felt a little bit lost at arrival opening doors and finding the room ourselves but overall is was a very pleasant stay. We will be back "

"Excellent as always but the roadway outside was being “worked on “, so rather noisy during the day. But not the fault of the hotel!

"The staff was really friendly and accommodating. We had our dog with us and they were very accommodating with the cleaning schedule. Will definitely stay there again. "
"Mes amis et nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la flexibilité du personnel. L'hôtel est idéalement situé près des pistes de ski, mais également près du centre du village. Le petit déjeuner était varié et la vue depuis le restaurant est impressionnante."

The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. The bed (although not the pillows) was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was not large enough for a computer. In contrast to many smaller Swiss hotels, there's scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. My room had a great view of the mountains. The staff were helpful and friendly and spoke good English. In contrast to some Saas-Fee hotels, my Saastal card was already printed when I checked-in. If you leave luggage, it is left in the bar area so there's no real security for it.
