The nearest bus stop or the valley station of the Hohsaas cable cars can be reached in 5 - 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find the village center with various shopping options, as well as a new ice rink opening in autumn 2025, a new pump track in summer 2025, bike trails, curling, tennis, ski and hiking areas, cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs.
The modern and tastefull furnished 2,5 room appartment (50 m2) on 2nd floor has 1 doubleroom, 1 livingroom with 2 sleeping areas, kitchen, shower/toilet. On the ground floor there is a storage area for ski equipment. The balcony on the south side gives you a wonderfull view to the mountains. Private parking space next to the house.
