110 m2. More information by the provider: Detached chalet (110sqm) in a quiet, extremely sunny location with good view towards the Hornberg. There is a long stair (approx. 240 steps!) leading to the chalet. The chalet was built in 1949 and is in a very good state of repair. An open car park is available. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement.
7 room chalet with kitchen/dining room among other things furnished with filter coffee machine, as well as a fondue- and raclette set. Living room with radio, TV, telephone. WiFi. 2 bathrooms and separate toilet. 5 bedrooms: 1 king size bed, 1 double room, 2 single rooms, 1 low-ceilinged 3-bed room on the attic (suitable for children). Baby cot (60x120cm) excl. bed linen available. Guests are not allowed to use the chimney in the living room. Distribution of the rooms: On the ground floor = living room + kitchen + 1 shower + 1 separate WC. On the 1st. floor = 2x double room and 2x single room + 1 bathroom with WC On the 2nd. floor (attic) = 3 single beds, where for children would be meant.
INLCUSIVE: electricity, heating, water, 2 parking spaces next to the main road beside the waste container, washing machine, tuble dryer, WiFi, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), baby cot (60x120cm, excl. bed linen), final cleaning and visitor's tax. EXCLUSIVE: Filter coffee. Telephone calls charge. ***There is a deposit fee of CHF/EUR 500.00 to pay directly in cash to the keyholder at the arrival*** ***Pets welcome*** Important: Please note that in most of the properties only one pet (usually one dog) is allowed. Further respectively other animals have to be requested before booking.

Les marches pour arriver au chalet la Ruche peuvent être réduites de moitié si une voiture monte jusqu'au ferrailleur. Ensuite seul le conducteur aura les 204 marches à monter en entier, après avoir garé la voiture juste après la voie ferrée! Petit déjeuner au soleil. Fraîcheur des nuits. Des matelas d'excellente qualité.

Wir haben hier großartige Ferien verbracht. 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder hatten genügend Platz. Wer noch fit genug ist, um die 250 teils sehr unebenen Treppenstufen hochzusteigen, der wird belohnt durch eine grandiose Aussicht auf den wunderschönen Hornberg! Achtung: Es gibt KEIN WLAN (uns hat das nicht gestört)!!
