"One of our many stays here and whilst we would return, there is room for improvements. The rooms are lovely and spacious; however, our room was very noisy late at night due to being adjacent to a nightclub and service areas. Unfortunately earplugs were not available at the front desk. Food is always fantastic with plenty of options and the grounds are stunning and well maintained. Waiting staff in the restaurant and bars are wonderful and the rooms were well kept by housekeepers."

"Lovely place at Palais Moulay Saïd. We stayed for 9 nights. The room was a little small for three people, but the amenities were nice and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Some of the staff were very nice and welcoming, while others were not as friendly and rarely smiled or greeted us. The only disappointing part of our stay was that on our last night, we found a cockroach in the bathroom. Unfortunately, this was quite unpleasant, especially after staying for 9 nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to hospitality and cleanliness."

"The hotel is in a great part of town - Hivernage. Very walkable area with easy access to airport and all the must see tourist destinations. If you can afford it buy the half board plan which includes buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner à la carte ( you only have to pay for drinks. The hotel staff is wonderful since the moment that you check in and the offer a mint tea & sweets that was very much appreciated after a long flight ✈️ day. The 3 pools are wonderful and climatized to be cool & refreshing. Adult & children's pool separate and a pool for club lounge guests on the second floor. The breakfast buffet was extensive and there is literally something for everyone."
