"Pros: Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Wir haben den schönen Pool genossen. Es gab kurzzeitig ein Problem mit der Pumpe des Pool, wodurch das Wasser leicht eingetrübt war. Wir haben es der Hausverwaltung abends um 21:30 Uhr per WhatsApp mitgeteilt. Es wurde sofort reagiert und der Pool war am nächsten Abend wieder kristallklar. "Pros: We enjoyed our holiday in the finca very much. The house was clean and everything as described. Especially the support from Karren was great and very helpful. We would choose the house for a holiday again. Cons: The towels were not so clean and some of them had holes."

"We booked Sa Raconada through Homerti. Appart from a small issue with a link for credit card payments, that was sorted by the Homerti staff very quickly, the whole process was very smooth. Customer service was superb, we also booked a hire car and found this service to be, the best experience of hiring a car we had ever had. We most certainly will use both services again. "We are group of seven 56 year old friends who go abroad every year . The property was as described and very clean ..we particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace . The host ( Lucia ) was superb… meeting the first party to check in .The deposit was returned after the holiday promptly.We scored the property full marks but the location was about 50 minutes walk from the ‘old’ town so on location we scored it 4/5 .Loved Palma and will return !!"
