"My room was clean and did not look old and beat and that’s a big deal. Making little fresh omelettes instead of the microwave bags is also pretty cool for a small property like that."

"Always a good stay"

"People were very nice and helpful! Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"Very clean and staff was very helpful"

"I like this hotel for its authentic Santa Fe style and comfortable, clean rooms. I’ve stayed here multiple times and I will be back."

"I think you need to try harder when it comes to breakfast. Three days out of our four day stay the menue was sausage and scrambled eggs and both were cold. Sausage gravy was served with biscuts one day and was really good."

"This hotel is very nice and the atmosphere is Santa Fe."

"The rooms were large and clean. There is no coffee in the rooms but free coffee in the lobby, which was really good. Breakfast was great. A/C had a “fan” option for white noise. My only complaint is that we were in town for a wedding and needed an early check in and were told early check in was only for elite members, no exceptions. "Clean and fairly new. Breakfast was hot, had a pool but no bar or happy hour"

"At check-in, I don't know why I need to struggle with language barrier? Breakfast is pretty much out of the box."

Checking the room, we then found several droppings. We called front desk, who told us there were no rooms we could move to. They sent cleaners to vacuum our room and change bedding, which finished about 1am. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk manager, who offered to refund our resort fees ($55 per...

"We had plenty of room which was great. The AC could be a little better, or a fan in the room. The hotel is older and it shows."
