"Great diving centre within the hotel—the Pyramids team is fantastic! Friendly and helpful staff. The buffet is created with lots of dedication, with nicely presented salads. Ingredient information is readily available, and at breakfast, plant-based milks are offered—a thoughtful addition for allergics and vegans."

"We love this hotel our vacation was a dream come true The staff was so nice and very helpful starting from the reception to the restaurants to the house keeping and animation team Every detail was perfect We loved the yummy food and all the varieties The views from our rooms were just a dream come true! The ground and all the buildings were very well kept We really enjoyed our time there! We really appreciate all the efforts of the staff who made sure that all our needs were met Thank you for all the great times we had in this beautiful vacation We strongly recommend this hotel and we sure be back again in the very near future!"

"Overall a fantastic experience but we did have a slight issue on arrival when we were told no room available even though we had a booking!! We were asked to stay in a sister hotel for the night and our original rooms would be available the following day. Do Not accept this! You'll end up stuck in a lower quality place. Other than that it was great. Perfectly acceptable and plentiful food, good location and friendly staff."
