"The room itself was good, but noisy day and night and do not disturb signs (2) on door meant nothing to staff. There is a bar on the ground floor and part of the hotel is being remodeled. We were woken up each morning by a phone call reminding us that breakfast was at the same time, in the same place, every day. There is no fireplace, which is in the description. "this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe "

"My stay is great. The hotel just had a renovation. Restaurants have new look. My bath room is new beds are new. Slightly under furniture but proofs no issue. My unit faces the road and a little noise but I'm used to it. Foreign traveller and the food is amazing and clean. Love to come back again."
