Brilliant location to explore the island: close enough to Palma and some incredible beaches/supermarkets etc. Sergio is super reliable and had great communication throughout the whole trip. "Ideal floor plan for 12 Persons with 6 seperate double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Beautiful finca and property. Sufficient kitchen equipment for daily cooking and barbecue. Diswasher available. Some friendly hints that could improve the experience: A few more Glasses, new chopping board, coffee machine for drip coffe isn't working, gas stove outside seems to be clogged."

"We were a group of 10. 6 adults ,5 children ranging from 1 to 15. We all went together to celebrate a 1st birthday and a 70th birthday. The villa was the perfect place, lots of space for everyone and plenty of room for a quiet space whenever it was needed. Lovely grounds with lots of space for the children to run round and have fun. Lovely property, can't wait to rebook."

"Grundsätzlich eine schöne Finca. Tolles Grundstück. Naturnah. Was aber auch Ameisen und Mücken mit sich bringt. Damit muss man aber leben können, wenn man sich für ein ne Finca in den Bergen entscheidet. Wir waren jedenfalls rundum zufrieden. Der einzige negative Punkt: Das Internet über das WiFi ist sehr sehr sehr langsam. Also so richtig 90er Jahre Internet. Aber tut auch mal gut, mal nicht dauernd online zu sein. "

"We enjoyed the Finka so much. It was well located to see everything on the island. It was also very well supplied; many kitchen items to use, second refrigerator was really helpful for our large family, LOTS of plates and glasses, and we really appreciated the pre-inflated pools floats when we arrived. Pool was beautiful and clean. Owners were responsive and very friendly."

"durch magdalena (ansprechpartnerin- hausherrin), wurden uns alle räumlichkeiten gezeigt. alle räume waren wunderschön dekoriert und sehr groß. die gemeinschaftsküche bzw der essenssaal war optimal für unsere familie mit 23 personen. jedentag kam der poolboy und auch der müll wurde jeden tag abgeholt. orangen und zitronen direkt vom baum nehmen und verzehren war wunderbar. wir können diese finca nur jedem weiterempfehlen. wir kommen gerne wieder."

"The villa is incredible - the setting is beautiful, it is on a large plot of land you can walk through, and all of the kitchens and rooms are very well equipped, especially for a big group. The owners were also lovely and very helpful whenever we had questions or something broke. The only slight challenge was the aircon is not very powerful."

"We had a great time in Colonia St. Jordi largely thanks to this beautiful apartment. Since in March it can still be quite cold, the electric heater in the bedroom was very welcome. Also we liked to sit outside to have our breakfast and watch the sea."
