Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was incredible, the decor, atmosphere and ambience was second to none. "All in all it was perfect, I would have preferred a wardrobe in our room though. We did manage with 3 people and 3 nights, but if we stayed longer, it would have been difficult, as I hate living out of a suitcase"

"Parking at this place was difficult, as the desk clerk did not give me the proper information that there was an additional parking area which was not sign posted. But what I really didn't like is that I wrote to the hotel manager about this, and she hasn't yet replied. This is a bad sign! In addition, as the hotel is located very close to the port, trucks can idle just outside the back of the hotel while waiting to clear customs. This is really annoying, but the hotel cannot do anything about it, or so I was told. We would definitely not stay at this property again. No way. "
